Im a moderator on a rescue forum and there was a guy that had asked the site owner to help him rehome 3 GSD pups all 16 weeks old. I said i would foster one, someone else said that they would have one and another person knew of someone that would of had the last one. Turned out that he insisted all 3 went together, snapped at the site owner when she told him of the rehome offers and then made out that a rescue centre had taken all 3 in and would rehome all 3 together.

Realy made me angry as there were 3 realy good offers for him, i don't know whats happened to the poor pups but i doubt they have gone into rescue with all the dogs that are being turned away at the moment, they were free to good homes aswell but i personaly think that could of attracted the wrong people :(

:( i really cant believe some people. why do they get animals if there not prepared to keep them. jeez it makes me angry. its hard to place a dog on its own let alone 3 pups together.living in land cookoo probablly. i answered an ad of a woman who wanted to get rid of her sausage dog as she put it as she had bought another dog. what the hell is wrong with these people. she wanted a good home and was charging £50 for the dog. i said i was happy to take the dog to give it a good home but was not prepared to pay for the dog. she never got back to me. i dont think these people could care less if there dogs cats etc went to a good home or not as long as they get there money. i dont think these free sites should be allowed for selling animials . its disgraceful. i would have taken the dog and found a home for him myself and kept him for as long as was needed until he found a forever home. we are supposed to be a nation of animal lovers. i dont think so. we have just got back from a walk and bobbie is now laying at my feet again. i had to towel her dry as its been pouring. i dont mind walking in the rain as we dont tend to run into any uncontrolable dogs. bobbie doesnt mind the rain but doesnt like getting her ears wet :) so she is forever rubbing her head on my leg which means i get a lovely wet patch at the top of my leg. oh well the things we do for our family's. i wonder if you could pm me and let me know what site you moderate as i dont think we can put it on here. dont want to get told off. it maybe the one that i go on. not the one where there selling the animals i think everyone knows that site but the rescue one. we dont have a foster at the moment and with the weather like it is maybe its just as well. all the mud coming in and out and standing outside with pup waiting for it to go to toilet so that you can give it the praise. :) i dont mind really. i get real satisfaction when the toilet training is completed. i would love to take on little pups with no mum to bottle feed. i dont sleep much so it would give me something to do in the long hours when husband is asleep and i cant find anything worth watching on the tv. i have done this with kittens and helped out with pups and bottles. so if you know of anyone who needs some help with baby pups just let me know. i would take anything in, but would have to draw the line at horses. i dont think i could cope with one of them  any small furries as well guinea pigs rabbits rats etc.. they dont faze me and have all before. i even had a duck at one time, someone bought it round for me coz it was going to end up on someones plate. so there he was happily swimming up and down in the bath. :)
kind regards carol.

There is no need for him to snap. Maybe this was just the stress of having to give them up. At the end of the day it is nice of people to offer and not everyone can have 3 pups at once.
