Ah... Texas.... we had a TV programme the other night where some British lawyers went out there for a week, no experience, to be trained for the rodeo in a WEEK most hadn't even been on a horse before.
They did very well and in one contest, beat the ranch hands!
I have ridden horses for years but I don't fancy trying the cattle riding do women ever try it or is it just for the guys?

Well im in the rodeo and when i went there last time to compete i saw at least girls on cattle when they fell they got back up and sometimes the guys wont even get back up when they dont even get hurt. I tye a goat up in the rodeo.
most hadn't even been on a horse before.
