Got the baby rabbit yesterday he's a lop brown with speckles and gorgeous, can't understand no one wanting him, although he has had to have an op for cysts on his side. i've called him Wilbur don't know where it came from but it suits him Smile loves being cuddled and will sit on my knee for hours,

Congratulations on your new rabbit, he sounds absolutely peachy bless him.

I just love rabbits. Haven't any at the mo but in the past have had an Old English and a New Zealand White both named Billy.

Hi is your baby a house bunny or an out door bunny? You shouldn't need to wash his bits unless he gets really dirty then he might need a little helping hand from you.

Wilbur's settling in lovely, he is a bit stubborn tho still likes his cuddles but on his terms, he plays with some dog toys (keeps mounting one of them) after a while he just collapses and goes to sleep, waiting for 2 runs to be delivered for him and Lucie and putting them in there daytimes and hutches at night to sleep (getting too big for his hutch now)

i love wilbur for a name, has such character about it!....
as for washing his 'bits' you shouldnt need to do it as rabbits generally like keeping themselves clean, just keep a watch out for any signs of diahorrea etc though....we're now coming up to the point in the year where flystrike starts to make its seasonal comeback (not nice!)
