Post subject: Peppa my little man

Sadly on 27/08/07 I lost my little man (guinea pig) he was old love him at least 7, I rescued him 2 1/2 years ago he passed at 5 am after saying goodbye, been up all night with him cuddling him but at the end he went under his blanket and fell asleep, I miss him terribly everyone that met him loved him he was such a character, got him home with me in a lovely casket but wish he hadn't gone Sad

. last Friday morning his soulmateTruffles passed during another operation, she went downhill after Peppa passed we tried so hard with her but she had lost the will to live even though she lived with her daughters and other piggies, she was taken to the vets on Thursday where they operated on her seemed to pull through, but Friday morning her stitches had burst so she had to have another, she passed over straight away.At least I can think shes back with her soulmate and they are cuddling again,

So sorry to hear about both of your losses.

They are back together again now though and are
happy.

Keep ya chin up hunz. I know its hard.

I'm so sorry to hear about Peppa and Truffles, it must have been so hard to lose them so close together.
At least you can comfort yourself with the fact that you gave them a wonderful life and they are now together again.

Aww I'm so sorry to hear about your losses. I remember losing one of my gp's when I was a kid, I held Justyn until he passed away, I know what it's like to watch them go but at least you were there as his comfort until the end and you had a lovely 2 1/2 years with such a character. Hope you feel better soon x x x

Today is my birthday and I'm sat here in tears, miss you so much been six months since you left us, you were one in a lifetime piggy, everyone has them but only once. Since you left Truffles and Josie came to join you so you are running free together. Why do people say he was "only a guinea pig" when eberyone that met you were amazed by you, no one gives cuddles and kisses like you did can still picture you running in the kitchen to rummage through the shopping, still we meet again love and kisses from yur guinea mummy. Sorry to ramble on just had to get it out,
