Hi,

Do you own a labrador?

If you do, we are are holding our first charity ‘Get Together’ on August 20th at Kingsbury Waterpark in Warwickshire. This will be a fun, action packed day, starting of with a sponsored walk in the form of a ‘Lab Waddle & Puppy Toddle’. !! Everyone participating in the sponsored walk will receive a free Cancer Research T-shirt. Cool

Throughout the day, there will many other events including a fun dog show which has been organised by our very own members, a professional dog show called ‘Paws For Thought’ who have performed at Crufts amongst many other places, children’s competitions, face painting, ‘most mischievous lab’ competition, stalls, raffle & loads of other exciting activities. Many of the events taking place will be raising money for two charities, The Guide Dogs For The Blind Association & Cancer Research UK.

Tickets for the Get Together cost £4 for adults & £10 for a family ticket, of which more details & a programme of events can be found by visiting the website www.labradorforums.co.uk.

£1 of every ticket sold will be donated to charity.

now i know why you are going back to england....if i was there i might of brought wilson disguised as a lab...do you think he would have got away with it. Smile

Petguru, do u have to onw a Lab to go along?
I live on the outskirts of Coventry, just on the borders of Warwickshire, i may go have a look, if u dont have to own a Lab

Ooh, just realised when its being held, i cant make it sadly, have something on in the morning, but will spread the word, plenty of lab Lovers in the family, and they all live in Coventry, Warwickshire or Bedworth, so all fairly locl to this, shame but i've got something doggy related on that day
