Post subject: I have the flu!
Its so typical, where having a heat wave and I've got flu Sad It started on Sunday night and I havn't eaten or even had a cig since then. I ache all over and have spent 2 days on the sofa with the fan on me. Feel a little better today but this heat isn't helping. Hopefully another few days of doing nothing and I should be ok Smile

Always the way isnt it anne my top tip is have a warm bath and a mug of warm milk with whisky in it and plenty of fluids
