I live in the Courthouse Green area so it's possible it was him. He goes to have his coat stripped every three months and one Sunday we were going round a dog show at the Memorial Park when a woman came up and said 'hello Oscar' and started talking to him. Turns out that it was one of the girls that worked at the Grooming Parlor. I had never met her because he gets picked up from the house but she recognised him and there were other Border Terriers at the show.
