Hi there sorry to hear your having this problem i had my rotty from a puppy and i had an older dog living with me but i can honestly say i didnt have a problem as my older dog would put her in her place lol.

when jasper nips hazel ,she will tollerate it for so long then she will growl at him to warn him off but he just comes straight back,at the moment she is doing more or less the same thing back ,but you can tell she gets fed up with it at times, hazel is a very laid back bitch who likes the relaxing life and will just curl up and sleep when left alone ,but jasper will not give her any peace

So I'm guessing Hazel hasn't really told him off then yet?

When a couple of my dogs were acting in a similar manor I found that the removal of the 'naughty' one into another room helped. Everytime my pup started with the others I would just remove her to behind a closed door and leave her there for a few minutes then once I'd let her in again if she did it again out again she'd go.

Its no good shouting at him as actions speak loader than words I found, and it did take about a week but my pup eventually assosiated her bad behavior with her banishment to another room.

Some days I was banishing her up to 20 times aday before the penny dropped with her, but thats staffies for you Laughing

Good luck.

Hope you stick with it as its a hard slog and could take just a few times of doing or like mine could take a week or more Rolling Eyes

Your the one in charge and Jasper has to learn this isn't acceptable behavior, maybe give him a treat and lots of praise if he starts being a good boy and stops annoying Hazel Very Happy
