Ok... Cork is a bit of an odd place, known by the rest of the State as "the people's republic of Cork", they tend to do their own thing there and are not as keen on visitors as most other parts.
There are some dog shows in the area in July -
Munster Utility/Toy Breeds Champ show at Clonmel - I will be there! (8th)
Fermoy Open Show - 30th.
Midwest Agility - 2nd July. Not sure of venue but Sec. is in Co. Clare.
Killarney is well worth a visit before we mad show people descent at the end of August, also - don't miss Waterford. All the way from Waterford up to Clare is stunning scenery even in the rain.
The West coast is a lot wetter than the Midlands or the east Sad

Where are you flying to? Might you be passing Co Longford? Meal on me if you do! Wink

Thanks for the info Gill just booked it we will be there 23rd of June till the 25th my mistake i thought it was in July lol

We will be flying to Cork and are staying in sunnyside b&b which is situated in Blarney, that is very nice of you to offer us round for a meal you never know i might take you up on that Gill Wink

I will be doing some research as to where to go on walks etc as we will have no transport but dont mind a long walk as long as we dont get lost Laughing

Well it's a bl***y long way from Cork to my place! Laughing I think the food might get cold! I didn't know if you were driving but there again I guess Rosslaire would be more sensible than Dublin, so no chance you will be within a 100 miles Sad

Would you believe, there is an all breed Champ show at Waterford on 25th June...... may see you after all!!!!!!!!
