Firstly you need to host your pictures somewhere http://photobucket.com/ is easy to use. You need to register and upload pictures on to it from your own picture files. Once you have your pictures on photobucket you will see 3 boxes underneath your pic you need to copy and paste whats in the 3rd box down onto your post and hey presto its here But remember not to delete the picture from Photobucket as it will disappear from here too.
