There is something wrong with Buttons, on his back side, just below his tail, there is a bump, and sometimes it grows a little then shrinks, i remember when i was little i had a hamster called Fudge, and he had the same thing, (but it turned out that he was a she and had little baby hamsters, all of them died except 1, baby Pepsi,) but i just would like to know, is Buttons Pregnent? if not what is wrong with him? should i take him to a vet?
thank you

If you are concerned this lump is not normal then yes you should take Buttons to the vet asap.
Is Buttons a hamster or a rabbit?
Is the lump near her anus?
