This is enabled by entering the relevant forum section i.e. Dog forums and scrolling down to the bottom of the forum and clicking the "Watch this forum for posts" link at the bottom A message will then be displayed informing you "You are now watching this forum" if anyone posts in that section you will then be sent an email with the post content so that you may reply.
