hi my son has a new ferret we have read everything we can find about them but there are some things u can only find out from other owners so i wondered if there were any out there we got the ferret yesterday his name is zorro hes 6wks 3days (wich i now no is a little young to be away from mum) hes been handled n is tame ive been feeding him ferret pellets n we also gave him some cats milk we put lots of different toys in his cage he has a hammock aswell n we put a smaller box in his bed area with some teddys for him to sleep with aswell as lots of hay he has a water bottle does he have everything he needs?? im a little concerned now coz hes so young which i didnt realise yesterday he was meant to be 8 weeks but i since found out they are actually 6 he is eating & drinking well does he have everything he needs??

My cousin had 2 ferrets when he was younger and he kept them in a small hut like a rabbits hut and fed them if i remember correctly bread and milk im not quite sure.
