IS that YOU with the snake wrapped around you <shudders at the thought>, its so odd, I had the opportunity to stroke one a few years back and was totally amazed at how warm they are.

Not my thing snakes, but beautiful creatures all the same.

Where do you keep them?

Ooooooo I find Snakes facinating and beautiful, although I'm not sure I'd get one as a pet. Mind you, that is only because I feel I don't know nearly enough about them, to be able to keep them happy and healthy. Wink

How do you exercise a snake??? How do you stop them from getting bored???? Do they even have the ability to get bored, or are they like fish, happy with the simple things???

Ohhh I could think of so many questions... Rolling Eyes Laughing

Oh BTW in your list of pets, you put down that you have a "T".....what is that???? Corrr too many questions in my head this morning. Embarassed Laughing

Ok, Ok everyone here i am, first off i keep my larger snake that you see around ME in a 4' cage, its lined with newspaper and i take her out once a week and let her roam on my bed or on the couch to watch TV with me. In the summmertime she goes outside on the lawn for better excersice.
The "T" is a tarantula forgot waht kind and only have the one right now. But it's orange, wht and blk.

Ohhhh Wow ...what do your neighbours think about that???? Shocked Laughing My neighbours thought I was odd when I bought a small Welsh Mountain Pony home and put her in the garden.....I think they would have me sectioned if I let a large snake out for a bit of exercise. Laughing Laughing Laughing

Oh I nearly caved in and let one of my sons have a Tarantula (he wanted a Chile Rose one), it was only because my other son (terrified of Spiders) said he would leave home, that stopped me. Rolling Eyes

My neighbors don't notice, ppl driving by won't notice, and im afraid if they did they would call the cops and say it might get lose and kill a child or pet, so i don't bring too much attention to it.
