What do other people think regarding his breed??? Next time you want a rabbit go to a breeder of the breed you are interested in (or a rescue) and get the right one. Netherland Dwarf's have tiny tiny ears. Petshops never get it right concerning breeds unless its something obvious like a dutch. Before buying a rabbit in future look at the pictures on google and you will know what rabbit you are looking for. He looked like a lion head cross lop or english to me. If you are going to get rabbits i suggest rehoming a rescue there are an extimated 33,000 bunnies young, old, big, small looking for homes sat in rescues. Petshops cause all that mess, moat are certainly not to be trusted and this is a classic example.
