funily enough the bee was my dads!!
he has a couple of hives at the time but when i fell pregnant with my first little boy i told mum and dad that i wouldnt visit them untill they got rid of the bees as my partner is alergic to every thing so i was worried our child would be too but i breast fed all 3 for over a year and not one has any alergys!!!
my partner is even alergic to dogs !!!! but if i couldnt have a dog i wouldnt of dated him in the fist place!!! luckily he is only alergic to short haied dogs and seems fine with airdales, long coated collies and long coated collie/spaniels.
but he does have to wash his hands after touching any dog and i think his alergy of dogs has got better and better over the years

My partner is allergic to the rodents ( well we think he is anyway). He gets up in the morning and bless him he can hardly breathe. He is taking allergy tablets at the moment but i want him to go to the doctors. He knows how much i love my animals so if it is them that he is allergic to then we are going to put them in another room as neither of us would like to rehome them.

Does your partner have to take any medication for his allergies if you dont mind me asking?? Very Happy

yes he use to use piriton tablets now he uses it in a spray form its also great for hay fever which he suffers with he is fine with rodents not with ferrets so gnasher can only come in the kitchen and hall where their are no carpits and can be brushed easily and the boys room as they love him!
gnasher lives out side most of the time though
we could never have a cat as they seem to be the worst but i hate them any way!!
the dogs are funny he was badly affected by our paterdale terrier my parents had to kill the rats and labs my freind has these he also says he can tell when my freind comes round with her beagle.
how ever collie?springers seem the best which isgood as i love them.
i do put onions and garlic in every thing as these have realy good imunity building compounds in them.
and over the 10 years we have lived to gether he has got better!
we were child hood sweet hearts so we have been together since we were 14 and we moved in together at 18 so since i lived with my parents untill 18 he had many years coping with animals!! - real love you see!!!
