(as I think the heart is technically right under boobs) When I was your age I wanted a tattoo on my chest and BOY am I glad I didnt - you have to think about when you will be able to see it. How about if and when you marry? Would you be happy with a tat showing? Job interviews? Formal occaisions? If you are happy with it showing (or having to buy clothing specifically with the intention to cover it up) then go for it!!!!! When I had mine I specifically chose places that would be easy to cover (stomach base of back and foot) I do so want another though. Maybe get some fake transfer ones first and position that where you want it and live your life - I used to buy about 40 at a time and people thought my tattoo was real.
