Is the white stuff kinda covering the entrance of the shell? Because my gf kept African Land Snails and hers did the same thing and hadn't moved for a very long time. They do that when their living conditions are ultered and hers did die in the end because they were moved from room to room for a while and their temperature was messed about a bit. I've just spoken to my gf about it, she's mentioned to put them in moist soil, or even a bit of water in the sink, thats warm, not hot obviously, and they should come out.
