I currently share a bedroom with a rabbit and four fish and yesterday three guinea pigs moved into my room. My boss has told me that the ammonia levels in my room will be too high and its not good for my health to share with all my pets. Is it safe for me, a rabbit and 3 guineas to share the room or do i need to think about moving them? I share my bedroom with 4 chinchillas, 5 mice and 4 degus and im fine. The only thing is that i have to hoover and polish my room every 2 days otherwise i willl get realy dusty. As long as you can never smell wee you will be fine. Degus are large gerbil type things.
