Post subject: Leg Climbing? Reply with quote

With three kittens under three months I was prepared for the usual "can't wear shorts due to scratched legs" this summer but the kittens have stopped doing this already BUT the ginger winger - oh sorry I meant to type Toto aged 18 months weighing about 3kg (yes I know thats over weight but you tell him that!) has taken to leg climbing again!!!!!

He stretches up to above my knee and then all of a sudden jumps onto my leg, climbs up to my shoulder and stays there. Whilst this was funny when he was little and he had stopped it for over a year; he is actually starting to really hurt now, and the cuts are quite deep and he keeps re-opening them as always seems to get the same places.

Does anyone know how I can stop him from doing this? Has anyone else got an overgrown kitten that does this?

He loves the kittens so I know its not jealousy - he is always washing them, they use him as a bed etc.

My legs can't take much more ..... help Crying or Very sad
