Best to get it checked out. As my female is like that some times but with her it's a weight thing but with my female she's a year old. Have her checked out that way you know 100% it's nothing to worry about and also if it is a tumour but from your post i think could be possibly weigh but have it looked at to be sure as i could be wrong.
