We used to have a westie.. Jason... We had him from 10 weeks old, & he died 3 yrs ago aged 16 & we're now looking to take on a new Westie puppy.
I'd like to know if ayone here knows of some decent, legitimate Westie breeders (in the North, or better still, the Northwest of England). i have a car, but i don't want to make a huge trek because i will obviously be coming home with a pup in the car!!
I am on a budget, which may be a problem, since i know the Westies can rocket in price... but i cannot really afford more than £280-300 for a puppy.

At that price I am afraid any pups may be from backyard breeders, but at this time of year many pups are being given up as unwanted Christmas presents, so you could see if you can give a dog a second chance.

hi where looking at getting a westie, just wondering are they good with children, odourless, get along with a cat, can be left on there own for a few hours a day with out barking or becoming destructive?
Sorry live in NZ dont know any westie breeders
