I am so sorry to hear about your dog, hope its nothing to serious but if it is the liver, i hope your dog pulls through, but liver diesese in dogs is usually the cause of sudden deaths. Sad

Treatment will depend on the cause of the problem and the severity of damage to the liver. Unlike other organs in the body, it can regenerate itself so if the problem is isolated there is a good chance of recovery.

Sometimes dietary adjustments can be extremely effective in treating dog liver disease.

I hope you find out soon and i really wish crimble gets well soon. Smile

hi all been back to vets today and crim has got kidney problems things were very elevated in her blood work her liver is fine but she is on antibiotics just incase she has an infection as well some other tablets that i think she said were steroid not sure she said so much had an injection too that was a vitamin to help her blood; was going to keep her in for 36 hours to put her on a fast blood drip to flush her system but i had already said she got very stressed in different enviroments and didnt eat if she was in strange surroundings so she thought it best not to stress her further and she has been put on a special diet have to go back in 3 weeks to see how things are going unless she gets worse in the mean time xx
