ok - the tom is still in the area. does anyone know if i can get him neutered?
i dont know who he belongs to, and i dont want to upset his owners, but its not a good thing letting him roam like this entire.
if i had him done what would the legal things be?
will a charity neuter him for me?
sorry so many questions.
btw - sheba is glowing!

if you phone the cpl, they may be able to issue you a voucher towards the cost of neutering. they used to do that in the manchester area. or do you have an rspca vets near to you. they may be able to help.
time to put his wicked ways to rest ____________

no there is no rspca vet nearby - not even an rspca warden. the nearest thing is an old friend who runs an animal sanctuary - she used to do all the rspca call outs.
the cpl wont issue me with a voucher unless i can gtee he has no owner. he is well fed and healthy so i assume he has a home somewhere, but no neighbours know where although they all recognise him!
