Not sure what fish this is related to but just came across this info and wondered if anybody else knew this because i didnt but then i do have a lot of blonde days lol.
Has your fish got a swimming problem?
If your fish is swimming upside down, it may well be constipated, its bloated intestines preventing the flotation bladder being able to function. Try giving it live food, or squashed green peas(without the shell). Of course, some fish swim upside down on purpose, and if that's the case for your fish? Keep on doing what you've been doing.
If your fish does not respond quickly to the live feed/ squished peas treatment, there are other things that can cause flotation bladder problems ____________

yeah it is quite often caused when people overfeed their fish. it is better to feed too little than too much as in a well established tank there is always some food lurking around anyway. ____________

| I have tropical fish and they can suffer with swim bladder problems. Luckly i haven't experienced that problem yet. If you just feed the dried food they can suffer with constipation. I feed my lot a very varied diet from dried food to home bred live food and even peas and cucumber. |

| another good thing to do is get sinking food. As when they eat flake food of the top of the tank they sometimes gulp down some air too. |
