hiya i got a shark kinda fish lol and two merry widows and ive got them in the big tank.
the prob is when the tank light is on the fish stay in one corner...but when the light is out they swim about the tank,

anyone got any advice on how to get the cheeky bums swimming when the light is on?? Rolling Eyes

Not very experienced with fish but you could try asking a vet or try making the light dimmer.

Try putting in some plants so they can swim through them and feel more protected. I know most sharks prefer to come out when its dark so you might not be able to get them out. You might also find they the merry widows need more of their kind to feel safe when swimming when the lights on as alot of fish prefer to be in large odd number groups so they dont feel so vunerable in the open.
