Karma: 15 Thank Medals: None 2271 PetPounds Items Status: Offline Post subject: Don't want to put a downer to this, but there was talk of this on another forum when someone else suggested it, and it was agreed that because the animals would be pets only, they wouldn't be used to the travelling or experience and would therefore get very stressed. I know pet rabbits really don;t travel well as even going to the vets is bad enough for many. Also, just my personal opinion, but currently theres been prolific VHD and myxi going around, and the myxi jab is not very efficient and at least one rescue has had to go into quarantine as at least a dozen vaccinated buns are suffering from myxi! So that would have to be considered, as it only takes one infected rabbit..... I'm not so sure about other species though. I just absorb anything animal, and I've been on pet forums since 2004, so have picked up stuff on all sorts of pets.....wish I could do the same absorption in maths and science though!
