As I mentioned in my more long winded update email, I am getting two little girly rats on friday. I am so excited! I have two and bit days to think of two names...I'm not sure what to call them at all! I am looking for something original and fun, but that feels natural. Any ideas?? Any suggestions welcome!

Well, I'm not sure what colour they will be you see, they will probably be vaguely hooded markings. I'm hoping there will be two different colours in the litter, or at least have very different markings, but whatever they turn out to be I will love them so much! The pet shop doesnt know what the new babies will look like yet as the breeder is delivering them on friday.

I used to have a hooded rat called 'Kismet', Kizzy for short.

my girls are called Amber (Dark Hooded) and Sandy (Champaign Hooded).
Not very fun names but my kids named them.
I could suggest you name them after some charecters in a childrens cartoon, thats what my cousin has done her four boys are named after the rugrats!
So how about Angelica and.....oh whats chuckies sister called? or Lil.

Ha ha ha, aww thanks guys for the input, good effort from shadylady he he, you should write a pet naming book with all those bright ideas! I think I will name them something in Japanese, just to be confusing to you all lol...to remd me of my time in Japan. I was thinking of naming one of them Sakura, which means flower in Japanese, and it's also an actual girls name too.
