As some of you might remember i started weight watchers last thursday as i want to lose some weight for my hols.
Well i was naughty and hadn't even started it so i enlisted the help of my mom today to go food shopping for all the right foods i was allowed to eat luckily my local freezer shop sell loads of weight watchers meals for a quid (bargain eh lol).
So i'm on track now lol ive just had my 2 crumpets and low fat butter which equal 2 points i think lol and i have accounted for my drinks that ive had which so far is 1 coffee and 1 tea and for tea i think i'm going to have chicken stir fry for my tea which should be about 8 points.
I'll let you know when i get bored, have any of you lot started weight watchers or any simular diet if so how did you get on.
I did make my own diet up last year well eating healthily actually where i lost a lot of weight but just lately i can't get the motivation thats why i decided to join a group plus the fact that my friend has a lot of weight to lose so ill be their to support her |

| i used to do a yoga pilates dvd, that really tones up your muscles and you don't even break a sweat. i really noticed a difference within a few weeks. |
