Post subject: weeping patch on dogs neck Reply with quote

Hi all,

I have a dogue de bourdeaux who is 3 years old. I recently found on his neck a patch that is oozing (blood/liquid), it does not seem to be itching him but does not seem to want to dry up, this turned up after he had a collar on for a couple of days when it was very warm ( i am wondering if it is a form of eczma). I was wondering if there is anything i can put on it to help it to dry up. He has had something like this before but smaller and it cleared up by itself.

If in any doubt I think you should seek a vets advice..and if cream is necessary get it from them..rather than doctor it yourself.
