Post subject: Roll Over?? Reply with quote

This is not a exetremely important post, just something I need help with. I want to teach my dog some tricks. She's really smart and learns quite fast. She already knows "Sit" and "Down" and I was wondering what to teach her next. I was thinking about "Roll over" but I'm not sure if this is actually possible to teach because I've never actually seen a dog do it although I sort of know what it looks like. Also I have no ideas how to go about it. Any ideas of cute tricks and how to teach them?
P.S. She is a Yorkshire Terrier and will be a year old in September.

my chihuahua loves learning new tricks!

the lastest ones ive taught him are twist and bow.why not try paw? being so small they can get up on their back legs easy and stay up for quite a while so how about teaching her to walk on her back legs?

theres a really good trick book out by mary ray its good some great ideas in there and shows really clearly how to teach them. Very Happy

i dont really know how easy yorkies are to be trained, but my dog knows quite a few you might like to teach your dog, how about Bark, Crawl, left, right paw, wave and seek (dog finds an item for you) favourite toy for eg its a great game too Very Happy
