We are having to face a very difficult conversation with our girls aged 6 & 7 regarding our 8 year old Weimaraner who has thyroid cancer which has spread. We found out on Saturday and are so far not coping ourselves. Has anyone any experience of telling small children. Thanks for your help. :cry:

I have 3 children but 2 have grown up and left home, leaving just my 7 yr old.
We already have a cat who is fat and lazy and well old i suppose, she is nearly 10.
My son at the moment has an obcession with spiders! a boy and age thing :mrgreen:
Anyway, he is keeping house spiders in a box with soil and twigs etc, ...

Ever since my partner left my dogs have became right funny about the sleeping arrangements.

I have to sleep in the middle, one on each side, just below the start of the pillows, if i knock them off and try and get a bit more space, all hell breaks loose and starts biting my hand in order to get me to get moved and give his bit of the bed back.
