Hi,

That is strange I was looking to get Sky put in when I get back to the UK and it looks like all the offers they use to have are no more. I usually go with quidco, they offer 65 pounds cashback for a sky package but it is hit and miss if they pay you. What kind of problems have you had?

Yep. It was awful. I called there indian call centre about 60 times as my internet would not work after installation. I was then progressed to a higher level, they sent me another box (which I sold on ebay for 40 quid) because it was not the box. It ended up a problem with the phone line and I had to get BT involved. It really annoyed me as it took weeks to sort out. Is it sorted now? I would personally total up the cost of your calls and then say it cost you xx amount and you want this returned by free months.

Sky is good when it works.

Have a google search for "consumer forums" the site is great and will give you loads of legal loopholes. i am pretty sure that if it was there fault but you had to continously shase them to get it sorted then they are liable to reimburse you the full costs of calls etc.

Great advice I wish I knew that a year ago. I would have got my calls refunded :-)
